Dear Kingdom Believers Network: I want to help women who want to make a lifestyle change and don't know how. Don't stop Believing cause Jesus is always healing. Hello, I am Carrie Kay, I am a certified holistic health coach and a breast cancer survivor, now a warrior. I am the host of Living a Healthy Lifestyle Show and Ministry. I am pregnant with a book ready for this baby to be born !! I am almost the author of Don’t Stop Believing Jesus is always healing! Has anyone ever been hit by a school bus here?? What a question right? Well I was In 2020 my car was struck by a school bus and during an exam they found a large mass in my left breast. I decided to go all holistic health alternative medicine to heal my body through praise and prayer. I created a 5 step biblical program that I now help women who want to make a lifestyle change but don’t know how. (Key Points:) 1. Praise him and pray in the storm. 2. Surrender to his will and yourself and forgive others. 3. Prosper in faith and live in the blessing. (Key point 1.) Praising and praying to him in the storm. This is important because God wants us to trust in him and pray and have faith that he is holding our hands in the storm. We are not alone. In my health scare, I was praising and worshiping him, and I had faith he would heal me. I read scriptures all day and put Post-it notes all over, reminding me I am healed in Jesus' Name. Having a good mindset when you get bad news is the best thing you can do. Also, I didn’t accept the diagnosis; I knew what I needed to do right away and went to work to do it. Praise him and pray to him in the storm Jeremiah 17:14 Heal me, oh Lord, and I will be healed; save me and I will be saved, for you are the one I praise. (Key point 2.) Surrender to God’s will and forgive myself and others. This is important because I had some unforgiveness issues with myself and others who hurt me I prayed to GOD to help me forgive myself 1st, that was the 1st step to my healing. God showed me that because I was angry with myself. It would be hard to forgive others who hurt me. So I began on a journey of writing down all of the things that I was upset with myself for. Then I was able to ask for forgiveness and forgive myself. I then wrote down all the people who had hurt me and God showed me that it was my choices too that caused some of my pain. Surrendering to him was so good for me to put everything behind me and then learn to forgive others. This was all part of my healing process.
