This workout sums up minimal kit training to me, you don't need much space, you dont need to watch a timer or listen out for a beep, you just get your kettlebell, get your head down and get in to the hole with your lungs busting and sweat pumping.
The goal for this workout is to complete the 20,18... as fast as possible and the recommended weights would be 24kg for males and 16kg for females however the beauty of the minimal kit work is we work with what we have.
Any Kettlebell will do, if the Kettlebell is super light...Double the reps, if you have low ceilings perform a Russian Swing (Chest Height) and a Down up (a burpee without the jump)
This is about setting a pace and holding on to it while your gasping for air...Hard effort, high calorie burn
