Simple, Savage Grab the heaviest Kettlebell you can get a hold of and give this a try 15 min AMRAP 1,2,3… KB Russian Swings (Heavy as you’ve got) Burpees Swing that steel with sex appeal! We are aiming to climb as high as possible using as heavy as possible 1 rep per round until the 15 minutes is up Score Total reps + KB Weight used

The Program!
The Weekly Rolling Program is about to go LIVE. This is a 4-day-per-week training program combining strength and strength-endurance work, targeted accessory and hypertrophy training, and a conditioning finisher at the end of every session, leaving no stone unturned. Each workout requires just a single kettlebell. Through smart use of tempo, bands, and exercise progressions, every movement can be scaled up or down to ensure consistent, optimal progression.
