A Ladder Workout for Legs, Shoulders and Arms
Here is a workout sequence I've found to be challenging
Two hand swing
End with bottomup horngrip clean
Squat and Thrust
Halo L / Halo R / Pullover
start with 5 swings, 5 squat and thrust, and 1 Halo set
Then do 4 swings, 4 squat and thrust, and 1 Halo set
Then 3, then 2 then 1 of these series
You don't put KB down until the set is complete
In the video I do this with 25 lbs/11.4 kg. I couldn't complete it with 35 or 30 lbs.
This took 2 minutes. So you could rest until minute 3 starts and repeat
To add challenge, add weight, or do 2 or more halo sets
Give it a try. Let me know what you think!
