NOTICE SERIES WORKSHOP — RECORD ANATOMY & STRUCTURE
Today inside the School, we’re breaking down the institutional anatomy of a formal Notice, line by line, section by section so you can understand not just what is filed… but how the record is constructed. Inside this PDF workshop we cover: • Document Identification• Office Header Structure• Status of the Record• Declaration of Capacity• Administrative Intent & Preservation Language This is about learning how records speak — procedurally, structurally, and administratively. 📌 Community Assignment:After reviewing, identify at least one section you’ve never paid attention to before and share why it matters in the comments. — Office of the TrusteeTamaquah Nation School of Law & JurisdictionTamaquah Nation Publications
NOTICE SERIES WORKSHOP — RECORD ANATOMY & STRUCTURE
📜 Institutional Update — Office of the Trustee
Tribe, As we continue advancing in our studies of estate governance, fiduciary administration, and institutional order, it is important that I model the very structures we teach. Effective immediately, all formal correspondence, administrative communications, and institutional affairs connected to estate operations will be conducted through the Office of the Trustee — Kelly Legacy Estates Trust. This is not a symbolic shift — it is an administrative one. One of the first principles of fiduciary science is the separation between the private individual and the fiduciary office. When a trust is established, the Trustee does not act in a personal capacity when governing estate matters — he acts in duty, in stewardship, and in record. So this transition serves as a live demonstration for you all: How governance moves from personal identity → institutional capacity. You will begin to notice correspondence, documents, and educational materials reflecting this alignment — not as performance, but as procedural discipline. Remember: An estate is not governed casually. It is administered deliberately. And those studying jurisdiction, equity, and fiduciary order must learn not only the theory… but the conduct. More teachings to follow as we continue building both knowledge and structure together. — Office of the Trustee Kelly Legacy Estates Trust
