Because learning doesn’t happen alone.
So much of my work centers on self-efficacy—believing I can learn, grow, and change—and collective efficacy—believing we can do it together. Research tells us that collective teacher efficacy is one of the most powerful drivers of change. My lived experience tells me the same thing applies far beyond schools.
Kell’s Classroom Collective exists to honor that truth.
Here, “classroom” doesn’t just mean a school building. It’s any space where learning happens: classrooms, kitchens, leadership teams, living rooms, and communities. And “collective” matters—because growth is stronger, safer, and more sustainable when we don’t do it alone.
KCC is for educators, mamas, leaders, and lifelong learners who believe in joyful teaching, curious learning, and heart-led equity in action. It’s a place to learn out loud, ask better questions, and build belief—in ourselves and in each other.
