Sharing some motivation this morning. This year starts my career as a full time entrepreneur after leaving my 9 to 5 July 2025. I remember Michelle saying something about growing your business and scaling your business being 2 seperate things. I focused this month on upselling our clients: You need a move? Ok cool. While we're there I always pitch, We can haul away any unwanted items you want to leave behind. Growth looks good on paper but with that comes more cost which hurts profitability. The goal is to "do more with less". Slowly adapting to this teaching. As January comes to a close, I think we're starting off the year headed in the write direction. Technically, it's "slow season" in the moving industry but I don't believe in such anymore. We going to get this bag and I'm going to double this number! #faithwithoutworksisdead
