I am an officer in the Educational and Training Services (ETS) of the British Army. I was selected to undertake leadership training at the world-renowned Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, an investment of approximately £116,000 per officer. Sandhurst trains British Army officers, including British and overseas monarchs and world leaders.
For free, you get access to my health and fitness videos, workouts and the chance to engage with a community of like-minded people.
For $30 per month, I share the leadership principles, discipline and mindset lessons to help you become a more effective leader in your own environment- whether in work, sport, or life.
I am also a qualified adult educator with an MSc in Education and hold a recognised personal training qualification. For the first time, civilians can access British Army- inspired leadership development and fitness principles, adapted for real-world application.
