Welcome everyone to my pep community group. My name is Kayla Lipps (Burd), and I am so excited to build this community with those interested in researching peptides and other functional health modalities. I started peps due to an autoimmune arthritis to decrease my inflammation and pain, and it has grown into so much more! I absolutely love to research health and wellness, and love to understand how certain peptides work in the body, their benefits, and any safety precautions regarding them. I largely do most of my research on my own, but have recently enrolled in a Peptide Foundations Curriculum created for healthcare professionals that is led by an experienced MD in the field of peptides. I am excited to share everything I am learning from these courses, and hope that it helps you too. Much of this in depth information will be found under the 'pep overviews' page under the 'classroom tab'. Also, if you are looking for cheat sheets and guides to protocols for certain peptides, you will find those under the 'pep cheat sheets' page under 'classroom tab'. I will continue to publish more peptides as I learn more, and if there is one you are specifically wanting to know about urgently, let me know and I will prioritize it. Please introduce yourself, and share your reasoning for wanting to research peptides, as well as goals and where you are currently in your journey. Also, if you have any questions about peptides, always feel free to ask the question to the group and we will do our best to support each other!! You are all loved, worthy, and beautiful inside and out. It is not a coincidence you found this page, and I hope it helps you in your journey!
