Years ago I learned a principle called CANI. It stands for constant and never ending improvement. The Japanese have something similar called Shuhari. (I’ll let you look it up but it it basically describes the three stages of learning)
The reason I talk about this today is after my own training this week I realise there is so much more to go, not necessarily to learn but to improve. After this many years of training it’s rare I learn something I haven’t heard before but it doesn’t mean I am anywhere near where I should be or want to be with the understanding and implementation of such knowledge. Hence the CANI principle.
What did you learn or re-hear this week and where can you improve specifically? Leave a comment and let me know.
