Feeling stuck is a common experience—whether in your career, relationships, or personal growth.
👉 It’s because you’ve stopped using your imagination. 🌠
When imagination goes dormant, everything begins to feel stagnant. 😖
🖋️Here are 6 simple steps to break free:
  1. Identify the area of your life where you feel stuck.
  2. Reflect on how long you've been telling yourself the same story about this part of your life.
  3. Interrupt the pattern—stop repeating that old inner narrative.
  4. Imagine a new story you'd love to repeat every day.
  5. Attach pleasant emotions to this new story.
  6. Repeat it consistently until it becomes your reality.
🎶Example:
  1. I feel stuck in a boring relationship.
  2. This has been going on for two years.
  3. I choose to stop repeating this old story—I no longer wish it to define my reality.
  4. I imagine my relationship as uplifting and inspiring.
  5. I feel connected to my partner—we communicate playfully, I feel trust, belief, and support. I feel worthy and project that into our relationship.
  6. I repeat this new story every time I think about my partner.
Try this for 21 days and observe the transformation.
