That’s what I call the Fractional Employee trap (bottom-left of the map below). Low leverage, because you sell time. Low authority, because you still report into someone else’s priorities. Real consulting isn’t about hourly rates. It’s about Authority and Leverage. So, I built the Independent PM Assessment. It’s not a quiz. It’s a reality check.
