Initially, I wanted some ginger liqueur. I thought I'd add a bit of gin and lime for dressing. After a sip, I knew it needed a boost. I tried a Green Chartreuse substitute -- I own a bottle of Green, but I thought the substitute would fit better -- which ended up creating a stellar drink. I recommend everyone try if you have access to the ingredients. For the gin, I used a local distil called Four Peel. I recommend substituting anything that's floral or citrus forward. Overall, I highly recommend this drink.
1/2 Citrus/floral Gin (Four Peel)
1 Ginger Liqueur
1 Lime Juice
1/2 Centum Herbis
