Japanese Maple Cocktail
Recipe found on Cocktails Distilled website created by Damian Windsor
For me a whisk(e)y sour is like a blanket. Cozy and warming.
This particular plays on the winter flavours. Orchard fruits (further enhanced with a dashes of pear 🍐 bitters), maple syrup, peppermint, ginger 🫚, with a velvet lemon chiffon finish. πŸ˜‹
Instead of a mist of Angostura bitters I added the pear bitters into the mix (3 dashes) and greater cinnamon for the aroma topper.
