@Shasta Palmer, @Sonja Ray, Ahmy Brock, and @Kaseem Bradley (and me) were on a call over the weekend, and I thought Slapped my Brain. After some searching and editing, I thought of an ethical hacker that I worked with in 2009, who occasionally would get a phone call, walk outside, and be picked up by a Large, tinted-out, Black SUV and disappear for a day or two, and then come back to my office and resume his coding. He was an Individualist and needed help finding team members who weren't self-centered. This is a whittled-down version of an interview process to help find "Collaboratives," which I hope will help Shasta and anyone else who needs to build a team.
