Finding it tough to post everyday or even just a few times a week? I know. It's hard to think of an idea, record it just right, edit it, and post it. Going live is the easiest way to get a post out in the world and to your audience. The easiest way right now? -- Live tour of one of your listings or your brokerage's listings (with permission) No scripting, no editing...just point shoot and do what you do best--show that property! The best part? You don't even have to show your face! This is a great way to show up everyday and stay consistent while building trust. Once you're done with your live, share it so it's a post on your profile. People can watch it when they see it and your can share it with your buyers. Your seller's will appreciate this as well. Make sure to add close captions. When you're about to post: - Look for "more options" toward the bottom - Then, turn closed caption on by tapping that "slide" button to toggle "on" If you forgot to add closed captions after you posted, no problem! Go to your post: - At the top click the three dots ... - Click "edit" (this will take you back to the edit screen that shows before you hit "post") - Then "more options" - And "enable closed captions" - Bonus: Turn on "translate closed captions" if you want - Hit "Done" I hope this is helpful.
