So, shit happened.
Monday and Tuesday 💩 happened in an amount I don't even want to think back again about it.
We were supposed to start a challenge this week and I will hold that one off until the end of November.
but I do want to dive deeper into our members behaviour and the overall engagement drop.
Not only why of how it happened, but how will we solve it?
Each in our own community.
You worked hard to get those members in.
But now you're posting, asking questions, trying to start conversations... and hearing crickets.
What have you already tried to get your members active again?
And did any of it actually work?
PLUS: How would you like it to be. Have you thought about how that would look for you and for your members?
