And these were my finds.
Joined a community 2 days ago, a fitness community. What happened next what actually upsetting 😆
- Get 2 auto DM's the moment I joined, not 1, 2. Straight away.
- Exactly 1 hour later I got another DM appologising for the Auto DM kicking in before 'sorry about the auto message girl lol were you able to find the challenge in the classroom though ? 💞
This was also an automated DM of course.
- 12h after joining: Here it is! (classroom Link) Let me know how it goes! I'd love to hear 🌹
- 15h after joining: Hey girl ☺️ Did you get a chance to checkout the workout? Or will you be doing that today? 🌹
After this DM I send a DM back explaining that it was a bit overwhelming to get so many DM's on the first day and that I will look into it in some days when I have more time.
👉 Within an hour I got banned from the community. 🤷♀️
It was just a confirmation for me that a ton of people on Skool need help with not only how to set up their community. But also with member experience, with the community aspect, and so much more.
I'm happy to provide that help, but one needs to see understand their community can be improved.
And one need to be willing to accept help and be motivated to achieve a better outcome.
Do you think your community can improve?
