New to TikTok Shop and already got my first sales 🙌✨ Still learning every day and excited to keep growing and improving!

I haven’t made any sales in several days after a few months of daily sales usually multiple. I had a video go viral in Jan and my account was exploding with orders until that company was released as being in the Epstein files people started sending the product back ruined my pps score and growth of my account in general. Can someone help me figure out how to get my pps back and get my account back going. TikTok customer service is of no help?

They're treating one brand like a full-time job — and getting paid like it.
