First off, massive thanks to Joey for today's workshop. First time going into hypnosis and it was definitely interesting. The most interesting part though, was what came up. My big theme for this year was embodiment and wanting to stop just "learning" more and actually start embodying the person I wanted to be. And something huge that came up during the workshop was how I've been overcomplicating embodiment and making it something overly spiritual and energetic instead of just "showing up" and doing the thing without making it a big deal What is some stuff you guys have been working on / Big realisations you've made over the past 30 days?
