Trauma psychology has been locked inside clinics, universities, and expensive training programs for too long. But trauma doesn't stay in the therapy room - and neither should the skills to respond.
This is a space for the people closest to those experiencing trauma. The people who show up every day - with or without professional training - and still don't always have anyone to ask when things get hard.
I believe this knowledge and support should be available to everyone who needs it. Every person who learns to recognise and respond to trauma well becomes someone who changes things - in their organisation, their community, and the world.
