A general question about cbet size in 3-bet pots. What are your typical cbet sizes OTF on different board textures IP and/or OOP after 3-betting preflop (100BB effective)?
For instance when the flop is:
1) Unpaired dry / dynamic
2) Paired dry / dynamic
3) Straight dry / dynamic
4) Monotone
