The word Astrology is usually defined as the “Study of the Stars” the definition lacks any connection to Christianity more specifically Christ. I want to give you a definition of Astrology that will enable you to connect it to the divinity and identity of Jesus Christ. The purpose is to show how Astrology can be defined and interpreted as dependent upon Jesus’ individuality. THE BIBLICAL DEFINITION OF ASTROLOGY The true definition of Astrology is defined as Astro (Stars) logy (Logos/Word). When we read John 1:1 it states, “In the beginning was the Word (logos) the word was with God and the word was God.” Astrology means The Logos (The Word) the Creator of the Stars. In other words Jesus being the 2nd person of the Trinity is the one who created the stars for his own glory therefore the Zodiac signs are representations of his 4 fold journey from the 1. crucifixion 2. descension, 3. resurrection and his 4. ascension.

In the book of Genesis, it clearly states that Abraham was from the UR of the Chaldeans, BABYLON WAS WELL KNOWN AS THE ASTROLOGICAL CAPITAL OF THE WORLD. In addition to the belief that Abraham came out of Babylon, there have been extra biblical interpretations that Abraham was an astrologer who was taught by Shem the first born son of Noah. These interpretations can be found in the literature, called Josephus, the Talmud and the Midrash, these are Hebrew interpretations in a codified form called ORAL TORAH (Teachings).

May the Lord fulfill the vision that is in alignment with his will, but not the vision that is based off your own corrupt desires. May the Lord reposition, reshape, realign, and re-organize the heavenly bodies to fulfill all the desires of his own heart. In the Bible Abraham originally believed that he would not have a son based off his destiny that was revealed in the stars however God repositioned planets, re-organized the Zodiac, and reshaped Abrahams destiny in order for Abraham to have an heir. As written in the scriptures “Then God led Abram outside and said, “Look at the sky. See the many stars. There are so many you cannot count them. Your family will be like that.” Genesis 15:5.
