How Do You Feel About a "Grapple Growth" Referral Program?

What incentive would make it worth it for you to refer business to myself?

Would a one time referral bonus make it worth it for you... Say ($300) as a thank you for your trust in me to do a good job to another business

Or would an ongoing monthly "Cut" be worth it for you?

For example, every business you refer, you get $40 per month as long as they maintain as a client with me?
