As you do, look for: - One thing you can see that you usually overlook - One sound that helps you slow down - One small detail that feels like a missing piece clicking into place There’s no right way to do this. A porch, sidewalk, yard, balcony, or park all count. Share Your Stop: Post a photo of what you noticed (or describe it) and answer one question: - What did you notice that surprised you? - How did stepping outside change your mood? - What “piece” of your day feels better after this pause?
