Tuesday is typically my builder day. I prep my starter late Monday so it’s ready to go early. This morning I woke up at 8 but my starter needed more time. And honestly, I got working dough at 11, but probably should have given it more time to get happier.
This week my mom asked for two loaves, one croissant sandwich loaf and one simple boule. My sister asked for a simple sandwich loaf and I prepped an Anadama loaf to see how it is when made into a boule. So far I’ve only ever baked it in a pullman pan. I then took my discard and made some crackers.
