I trade a little differently than Jamon. I had a green week up until today. The market is a lot more open to uncertainty on Fridays. I took a play off my level and didnt wait for confirmation and paid for it. Lost a lot of money today. Saw a play forming and was too scared to hop in from my previous loss. I regret it because I would've been very green today if I had stepped in. Chased my loss after the frustration and lost more. It is best to take emotions out of trading, especially if you are unsure. its not a get-rich-quick and its not gambling. Trust your gut. Your money is your employees; being an irresponsible boss causes them to fail. I was that today, and Im not too emotional over the loss, but rather more frustrated with myself and not following the system that has been working for me. Think its important to share these thoughts with the community as coming together creates success. Journal your mistakes and learn from them.
