START HERE: Welcome to JC Training! Welcome to The JC Training community. I'm glad to have you as a part of my network and appreciate you joining! That being said, I want to get a better understanding to what people are looking to achieve within their health and fitness journey so I can tailor the content to those particular subjects 🚨 First, please introduce yourself using this copy-paste template: 1. What to expect
So I have wanted to put a community together for a while now to share as much value as possible when it comes to maximising training performance and helping you reach your desired goals in fitness whatever they maybe. I will be releasing courses going over Training, Nutrition, Recovery, Mindset, Productivity and much more so keep an eye out for that. Feel free to invite your friends who may also find this useful. Especially as we fast approach the summer months
