Harvey Thompson and Cathy Kosins sing a duet "You Hit the Spot"
February 7, 2026 (Tokyo, Japan) - This is really a remarkable recording of jazz vocalist Harvey Thompson and Kathy Kosins singing "You Hit the Spot" written by Cole Porter in 1935. This was recorded a number of years ago in Detroit. I hope Harvey's jazz community on Skool can listen to this MP3 audio file because it is a really light hearted fun duet to listen to. Cathy Kosins still performs today. She has a long list of performances through 2023–2025 at jazz clubs, festivals, and arts centers across the US and internationally, including venues like BLU Jazz+ in Akron, Michigan and others.
