Etude 5.1

Etude 5.1 after a long hiatus. In September, I had 4 discs replaced in my neck and a titanium plate with 10 screws added to hold the new discs in place, thus bringing me one step closer to my transition to the the 6 Million Dollar Man. Unfortunately, I lost all strength in my right tricep, and I have been trying to rehab that, but it is mostly just the shock to the nerve that was being crushed by my collapsed spinal column that takes a long time to repair itself. Getting better, but still pretty weak in the right arm. Happy New Year and stay healthy everybody!
