AI vs Market Prices — The GoPro Experiment
Can artificial intelligence really find the cheapest product in the world? In this experiment we tested an AI shopping assistant by asking a very simple question. Where is the cheapest GoPro Hero 12 in the world? The system analyzed the market for almost two minutes and presented its answer. But then we verified the market manually. The results were interesting. This lesson shows how different search methods can sometimes lead to different conclusions.

Every supplier looks reliable while everything is working. This KYOTEN LAB teaches you how to evaluate what happens when normal operations stop. You will build a KYOTEN Reliability Signature (KRS) for any supplier using five observable dimensions — and make sourcing decisions based on behavioral evidence, not assumptions. When you finish, you will know which supplier reduces uncertainty and which one multiplies it.
