IT SHALL COME TO PASS!!

Happy & Blessed Monday, Godly Wives!! 🌸

Take a moment to declare this aloud today:

I declare and decree that the vision God has placed in our hearts FOR our marriage SHALL COME TO PASS in the mighty name of Jesus!! I will not give up, I will not grow weary, and I will not let the enemy steal what God has spoken in Jesus name!! (Isaiah 46:10)

LET'S RECAP THE LAST 5 DAYS

On Wednesday, I gave us the challenge of reflecting on these questions every day for 1 week:

1. How have I been seeing my husband — through God's Word or through my hurt?

2. What has the enemy been using to distort my vision of my marriage?

3. What does God's Word say about who my husband is and what my marriage can become?

And throughout the week we looked at vision through gratitude on Thursday, through seeing your husband God's way on Friday, and on Saturday we got real about something most wives have never examined — whether the vision they carried into marriage was ever God's vision to begin with.

The reality is — VISION is the foundation of everything.

Before a wife can pray with power — she needs God's vision.

Before she can speak life — she needs God's vision.

Before she can stand in faith through a hard season without growing weary — she needs God's vision.

Most wives are not struggling in their marriages because they stopped loving their husbands. They are struggling because they built their marriages on their own understanding — their own list, their own expectations, their own idea of what a husband should be — without ever consulting the One who designed marriage in the first place.

And now God is doing something new. He is replacing the old vision with HIS.

2 Corinthians 5:7 — "For we walk by faith, not by sight." (KJV) As believers we don't judge things according to appearance, we judge righteously by His Holy Spirit within us.

That is the work. And you did it this week. Missed a few days? Go back and catch up on your reflections before we move on to the "I" in VIRTUE (Intentional Intimacy).
