Dubai company Ownership of US LLC
I’m thinking to do a short term real estate business in USA by opening the LLC in the state of Wyoming along with a few other friends of mine.
We want to open a multimember corporation in UAE or Estonia and have this corporation owned the LLC in USA.
Is this arrangement possible?
What thing should I be keeping in mind?
Will I be paying taxes in USA for doing short-term Airbnb rentals?
