@Vitaly Kliger Thanks Vitaly, I read this but the IRS always works with very defensive time frames, so I thought probably here someone can tell about their experience. For example I just called the IRS again, asking about the address on file and the representative said that the former agent did something "weird" and changed it to the new one, said i would see the update in irs.gov within 2 days and he said, that he reissued an updated ITIN notice to the new address which should arrive within 10 days. fingers crossed.

I hope that you had the chance to verify your statement, that the dividends of an US LLC would be tax-free as non-dom in Cyprus. i heard otherwise.
