Curious...
Just booked another UGC job. I seem to be able to make the freelance jobs come in easily, but struggle with agent-booked gigs. Honestly, that's what I find mystifying. I get agent-booked auditions. But I don't book the job. But freelance work I book a little more regularly. More so UGC, I am wanting to get into more commercial and screen and less social media stuff, but we all start somewhere, right? Anyway what are other people's experiences? thoughts? insights?
