Hook: Most people quit right before things start working.
One thing I’m learning lately:
Almost every skill, business, or community grows quietly before it grows publicly.
The hardest part is staying consistent when nobody’s watching yet.
A lot of people want visible results, but the real progress usually happens behind the scenes, through repetition, learning, failures, and small improvements nobody notices.
But the people who keep showing up during that phase are usually the ones who win long term.
