Intro
What’s up gents? Full transparency: I’m here because after having no problems with our first, my wife and I have been trying unsuccessfully to grow our family for the last 2 years. My numbers have been hit or miss, and one of the more proven ways to get them up is lifting—something I’d never done before.
So, I bought a bunch of equipment… only to realize I had no idea how to use any of it. Luckily, I recalled this personal trainer hitting me up on Messenger like 2 years earlier and reached back out. Derek swung by my garage and within a month I was meeting many of y'all through his program.
We’re still not pregnant, and may never be. The Lord gives and He takes. But I’m immensely grateful for the strength and brotherhood I’ve found through this program, and for the constant reminder of His goodness, especially while we navigate one of the harder seasons of our marriage and family life.
Anyways, I’m blessed to lead a Bible study at Anchor Church at Portland here in Freeport, and am always around if someone wants to talk about the Word or life.
