Hey everyone... Tommy here! 😂
I’m a live broadcast and streaming operations guy. If there’s a live show, a stream, a stadium, a podcast, or a moment that absolutely cannot fail… I’m the calm one in the room making sure it doesn’t. What makes me unmistakably me? I care deeply about structure.About timing.About protecting the moment. I’m the person who feels the tension in the room before anyone else notices it. I don’t panic ... I stabilize. I build guardrails so creative people can shine without worrying about the tech collapsing underneath them. My weird?I genuinely enjoy the invisible layer of production. The backstage choreography. The systems. The cues. The fail-safes. The stuff no one sees but everyone feels when it’s wrong. My superpower: Calm under pressure + system thinking. I build the structure that lets other people look great. Right now, I’m repositioning myself back into live streaming and broadcast operations after wandering into roles that weren’t fully aligned. Feels like I’m returning to my real self ... the operator, not the marketer. What I’d love help with: Connecting with people building live experiences ... podcasts, events, streaming platforms ... who need strong operational foundations as they grow. And honestly, continuing to refine how I communicate what I do without underplaying it. Glad to be here. 👊

These Helpful Tips Will Strengthen Your Skills
If anyone is interested in developing their skills in Social Media Content Creation, a quick thought based on my experience that might be helpful. 💬 Here are some tips for developing this skill: 1️⃣ Start With Your WHY, Not the Algorithm Before worrying about views, trends, or likes, get clear on why you’re creating. Purpose gives your content consistency, confidence, and direction—algorithms change, purpose doesn’t. 2️⃣ Pick One Platform and Learn It Deeply Trying to master everything at once leads to burnout. Choose one platform, learn how people engage there, what content performs well, and how storytelling works on that space. 3️⃣ Create Before You Feel Ready Perfection delays progress. Your first posts won’t be perfect—and that’s okay. Skills are built through doing, not waiting. 4️⃣ Study Content You Admire (Don’t Copy—Learn) Pay attention to: • Hooks • Pacing • Storytelling • Energy Ask yourself: Why did this make me stop scrolling? Then apply those principles in your own voice. 5️⃣ Stay Consistent, Even When Engagement Is Low Low numbers don’t mean low value. Consistency builds muscle memory, confidence, and clarity—often before the growth shows up publicly. 6️⃣ Talk Like a Human, Not a Brand People connect with authentic voices, not perfection. Speak like you would to a friend. Share stories, lessons, and real moments—not just polished highlights. 7️⃣ Learn, Adjust, and Keep Going Every post teaches you something. Review what worked, what didn’t, and tweak—without quitting. Growth comes from iteration, not overnight success.
