Monthly Strength Blocks
Month 1 of the Iron Habits Club is a structured 4-week strength block designed to build technical proficiency, progressive overload and sustainable strength for busy adults.
This block is built around:
• Skill-based lifting (Squat, Bench, Deadlift)
• RPE-controlled progression
• Intelligent volume management
• Minimum effective dose principles
You will choose a 2, 3 or 4 day split based on your schedule and follow the progression framework across four weeks.
This is not random training.
