Failure Is the Foundation for Growth
If you ask me today whether I’ve ever failed, my answer is no. But don’t get me wrong—I’ve failed A LOT. The difference? I turned those failures into lessons that shaped me into who I am today.
Here’s a truth that might surprise you: I look at both the 50 and the 100 as failures. We didn’t execute to perfection. I constantly find myself thinking, we could’ve done that better. But then I remind myself—we did the best we could with the knowledge and experience we had at the time. I had to learn to extend myself some grace.
At the time, those setbacks felt like roadblocks. But looking back, they were the stepping stones that forced me to level up. Growth happens in the struggle, not outside of it.
Now it’s your turn—what’s one failure or setback that made you stronger? Drop your story in the comments.
