I'm in the business of writing full spectrum workout routines for people who want to BE superheroes. A big motivation for me was seeing how low quality a lot of comic book routines were. Like, no one can convince me Peter Parker does 5x5 bench press, y'know? Or that Batman wouldn't be doing dedicated balance work. So, I sought out to change that. Every routine I write is from the perspective that my client is the hero they want to become. I don't want you all to just look the part, but I also want your performance to match.
