This group is for real self-defence. Not sport. What actually works when things aren’t controlled. I’ve already started filming content — striking, defence, training solo, partner work — but I want to build this properly around what you actually need. So tell me: What do you want to get better at? - Striking (punches, elbows, basics) - Defence (blocking, staying safe under pressure) - Real scenarios (multiple attackers, protecting someone, confined spaces) - Training at home (no equipment / bag / partner) - Mindset (staying calm, not freezing) Or something else? — Drop a comment with: - What you want to learn - Your current level (complete beginner / some experience / trained) I’ll use this to shape the next videos.
