I'm from Morristown NJ. Where are some of the best areas to buy property to make section 8 within an hour of Morristown NJ? PA or in NJ? I'm looking for a better return. I believe taxes are higher in NJ and Home Prices are higher. I have one two bedroom putting up for rent. I am asking 2800. What would the section 8 price be in Morris County NJ?
