Experience Level: Seasoned Agent for over 19 years/Newbie Investor!
Biggest Challenge Right Now: Where to start with Section 8 investing and cultivating a team in specific areas where I'll be purchasing, setting up an LLC etc.
Main Goal in Real Estate: Would love to build a income stream to allow me to travel more and less focused on real estate sales and managing an office

I have a Bachelor's in Visual Communications, I play guitar in an Extreme Metal Community and I am a co-office manager of over 300 agents to help train and mentor and in their real estate transactions.
