Good Morning everyone.

Hey! Im a newbie to investing. Closing on my first duplex next week in NC. I am an out of state investor. Live in So FLA. looked at HUDFMR for 2 bedrooms . I think SFH on bus lines would be a good investment. Im looking at a quadplex section 8 approved but the asking price and rent rolls dont add up. I will offer what is reasonable go on from there. I dont understand where you find your market for section 8 housing.
