Do you invest in C Class or D Class?
Trying to figure out whether I want to invest in C or D. My thoughts is that D has more cashflow but C class builds equity/appreciates faster in the long run. D is also a little riskier due to the poorer neighborhoods
What would you choose? Leaning towards D for the higher COC return
