Disaster: Need help...
Dear JK and esteemed team members,
I have come to know the following things that will hinder my clients and investors progress. Please read carefully:
- Government of India allows buying of property in the US.
- The property should be held in personal name and not an LLC.
- If my client wishes to hold several properties then he has to form an LLC for asset protection.
- More over, if my clients wish to avail DSCR loan, then they prefer to have an LLC.
It is a catch 22 kind of situation. I want urgent replies as I am planning to visit the US along with them to finalise. Please reply asap.
