Time to Trade - Algo Settings

This is my first time seeing the new enhancement on the Algo that allows you to customize the trading hours it's active. Nice change but kind of surprised me.

Question 1: if we are using a default strategy, like Strategy B, will it default to using the hours that strategy was originally on if we leave it blank? The help ? states that leaving it blank will allow it to trade all day (not sure if that is the entire time trading is open or just the NY Session, so lots of questions).

Question 2: I love that you are actively working to make improvements, but since this is a business the surprises are a little scary. Is there some place I'm missing where announcements are made regarding updates to give me a heads up? Please don't say boardroom. Even though I am paying for the Algo service, I did not get access to the boardroom with the plan I'm on unfortunately.
