I feel like many people say the same thing to themselves after watching the first video, "why didn't somebody explain it like this to me a long time ago?" At least that's what I said to myself. What a great explanation; the science, the art and the plan. Having the right self discipline and patience to execute the goal while maintaining full control.

I have a great feeling about this...
