Tried the "dummy" model for the first time today. Did I do it right?

I'm using the indicator suite and can't get the lower time frame s/d boxes to populate. I went through the video and made sure the settings are correct. The boxes came in momentarily, but then disappeared. Ryan checked my settings yesterday and it worked for a few minutes. Maybe the criteria isn't there? Feels like something is off. I'm on a Mac if that matters.

I'm struggling to draw out these supply/demand blocks. I've gone through the videos several times and I understand the concept, I just seem to draw a blank when looking at my chart and deciding where and when to draw the blocks. Any pro tips? Thanks in advance.
